If you would like to download our Teamviewer QuickSupport agent so we can log into your computer, please click on the QuickSupport button below.
This will automatically start the download of our agent. Once the agent is downloaded, all you need to do is open the application, call our support line at 678-719-9671 option 1 and provide one of our technicians your ID and password.
For those of you who want to provide unattended access to your computer for our agents (this way we can fix problems without you having to be at the computer), please download the Teamviewer Host agent.
With the Host agent installed we can log into your computer as long as it is on and connected to the Internet. For more information about unattended access, call us at 678-719-9671 option 1.
