Carmichael Consulting Grows Support System with Two New Help Desk Hires

ALPHARETTA, GA – August 27, 2015 – Carmichael Consulting, an Alpharetta-based Managed IT Services provider and member of the Apple Consultants Network, has hired two new technicians to support its growing client base. Carmichael has added Nisha Gode and Mark Simpson, both of Cumming, Ga, to its expanding roster of Support Desk staff.

Gode graduated with honors from Gwinnett Technical College, where she served as Secretary for the campus chapter of Women in Technology. She is a certified Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and is certified in CompTia Network+, an ISO-17024 compliant, vendor-neutral technology certification that verifies the individual has the skills and knowledge needed to fulfill a pivotal role in building, managing and protecting networks.

Simpson attended Georgia Perimeter College and Georgia State University. While at Georgia Perimeter College, he was inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and was named Student of the Year for Computer Science Majors. Simpson amply showcased his technology talents while still in school, completing projects involving Vmware Vsphere, ESX and NSX virtualization technologies as well as TCP/IP, the foundational protocol of the Internet. He has also worked with several local firms and founded his own technical solutions company.
