Haines Friedman attended Northeastern University. He is knowledgeable in many platforms & programs such as Mac, Windows, Puppet, Ghost, Python, Bash and VirtualBox to name a few. Haines has had several years of IT experience working as a technical consultant to Atlanta area businesses, Jr. System Administrator for an Atlanta area private school and as a System Administrator for a Boston, MA area private school.
