Lee Cullom

Chief Revenue Officer

Lee Cullom is an entrepreneur and technologist whose unique blend of technical expertise and customer-service acumen has driven the creation of thriving businesses with best-in-class technologies. His most recent venture, Northcraft Analytics, which was recently acquired by private equity, saw exponential growth with its SingularIT Installable CIO Dashboard vision.

Like Lee himself, Northcraft’s technologies specialized in simplifying complex subjects to make the most important pieces of information accessible and the required actions apparent and were recognized by Gartner Group in 2014 & 2015 as one of the top-rated solutions for IT Operations Business Value dashboards.

Since 1996, he has held a variety of roles in information technology, including process consulting, presales, implementations, internal IT and management. Prior to launching Northcraft Analytics, he spent much of his time with software manufacturers like Oracle, Remedy Corporation, Peregrine, BMC Software, and CA.

Lee has his BBA in Management Information Systems from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.

Marc Willingham

Senior Technical Architect

Most recently serving as a Technical Support Specialist for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Marc Willingham is charged with helping map out and maintain our “flight path,” as well. His focus is developing superior, sustainable solutions for our broad and varied client base while evaluating new technologies, so our customers have access to the most efficient, tech-forward solutions.

With 25 years of IT, engineering, sales and consulting experience, Marc has worked for and been certified by 13 Fortune 100 firms and supported IT in 45 states and seven countries. He describes himself as “indomitable” and has proven it, running low voltage cables outside in -17° temperatures and lugging workstations and monitors down a tarmac in 110° heat.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University. In his spare time, Marc runs 5k and 10k races, plays flag football, and donates time helping ensure needy children have meals.

Kenneth Florence

Service Engineer

Ken Florence brings his dedication to excellence and customer-focused attitude to the position of Customer Service Engineer, where he is tasked with providing superior assistance and support to Carmichael Consulting clients. Prior to joining Carmichael, Ken worked as a Regional Support Technician with Tolt Solutions, where he fine-tuned his customer service skills and IT troubleshooting abilities. A native of Atlanta, he also spent five years with Toys ‘R Us, working his way up to the position of Asset Protection Specialist. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science from DeVry University in Computer Information Systems and is a programming member of the Independent Game Developer Association.

Dan Hamilton

Service Engineer

Dan started his career in electronic engineering with Western Electric in 1970 after graduating from ITT. He has worked for several major telecommunications companies including AT&T as an associate engineer, technical supervisor, cellular engineer, network operations manager and most recently an IT network engineer. In all, he has over 45 years of experience in electronics, always maintaining that quality work  is his number one priority. He is a certified electronics technician and holds various industry-related certificates and licenses. His hobbies include learning new technology, photography, audio/video projects and “tinkering” with gadgets. Dan is active in his church, volunteering with various audio/video activities, as well as doing work with theater sound and lighting.

Joseph Bautsch

Service Engineer

With experience working on large, cross-country network buildouts as a Junior Technician with former employer Arobase Group, Joseph Bautsch is certain to be a valued member of the Carmichael Consulting Solutions team. He handles a variety of tasks for our clients, based on the day and the issue, from basic phone support to high-level network administration.

In addition to his six years of IT-related experience and extensive skill set, Bautsch is also an Apple Certified Technician. Nevertheless, he considers network operations to be his strong suit, and he hopes to grow his technical skills even more in that area.

Jessie Homans

Helpdesk Tier One Ticket Manager

Jessie Homans isn’t your ordinary Helpdesk worker — or even a run-of-the-mill manager. She built out her current ticket and workflow management position from scratch. After noticing a potential problem with the Help Ticket workflow a few months into her tenure with Carmichael Consulting Solutions, she worked with company President Tyler Jones to create a solution.

Today, that solution is her present job, and the multiple Thank You cards Jessie has received from users are a testament to her excellent customer service. When asked what she most enjoys about her position, Jessie doesn’t hesitate. She finds it very fulfilling to work in an environment where she is able to have creative and logistical input into how the company can improve and grow. Given that she was Valedictorian of her class in 2011, we’re not surprised she’s a real go-getter!

Lee Jones

Office Manager

Lee is responsible for the organization and coordination of day-to-day office operations. Whether answering phone calls, managing payroll, bookkeeping or paying the bills, Lee uses her organization and management skills to keep things running smoothly. Prior to joining Carmichael Consulting Solutions, LLC, Lee was a very active stay-at-home mom. Among other volunteer work, she was a Girl Scout Troop Leader and PTA VP/Chairperson where she led meetings, managed programs and events and coordinated volunteers. Prior to leaving the workforce, Lee was a preschool teacher in Alpharetta, GA. Lee is active in her church, enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.
