Chief Revenue Officer
Lee Cullom is an entrepreneur and technologist whose unique blend of technical expertise and customer-service acumen has driven the creation of thriving businesses with best-in-class technologies. His most recent venture, Northcraft Analytics, which was recently acquired by private equity, saw exponential growth with its SingularIT Installable CIO Dashboard vision.
Like Lee himself, Northcraft’s technologies specialized in simplifying complex subjects to make the most important pieces of information accessible and the required actions apparent and were recognized by Gartner Group in 2014 & 2015 as one of the top-rated solutions for IT Operations Business Value dashboards.
Since 1996, he has held a variety of roles in information technology, including process consulting, presales, implementations, internal IT and management. Prior to launching Northcraft Analytics, he spent much of his time with software manufacturers like Oracle, Remedy Corporation, Peregrine, BMC Software, and CA.

He has worked for several major telecommunications companies including AT&T as an associate engineer, technical supervisor, cellular engineer, network operations manager and most recently an IT network engineer. In all, he has over 45 years of experience in electronics, always maintaining that quality work is his number one priority. He is a certified electronics technician and holds various industry-related certificates and licenses. His hobbies include learning new technology, photography, audio/video projects and “tinkering” with gadgets. Dan is active in his church, volunteering with various audio/video activities, as well as doing work with theater sound and lighting.
With experience working on large, cross-country network buildouts as a Junior Technician with former employer Arobase Group, Joseph Bautsch is certain to be a valued member of the Carmichael Consulting Solutions team. He handles a variety of tasks for our clients, based on the day and the issue, from basic phone support to high-level network administration.
In addition to his six years of IT-related experience and extensive skill set, Bautsch is also an Apple Certified Technician. Nevertheless, he considers network operations to be his strong suit, and he hopes to grow his technical skills even more in that area.
Jessie Homans isn’t your ordinary Helpdesk worker — or even a run-of-the-mill manager. She built out her current ticket and workflow management position from scratch. After noticing a potential problem with the Help Ticket workflow a few months into her tenure with Carmichael Consulting Solutions, she worked with company President Tyler Jones to create a solution.
Today, that solution is her present job, and the multiple Thank You cards Jessie has received from users are a testament to her excellent customer service. When asked what she most enjoys about her position, Jessie doesn’t hesitate. She finds it very fulfilling to work in an environment where she is able to have creative and logistical input into how the company can improve and grow. Given that she was Valedictorian of her class in 2011, we’re not surprised she’s a real go-getter!
